Association of Physicians
This Mumbai Chapter of the Maharashtra Association of Physicians (MAP) is formed to have a strong association of all physicians practising in the city of Mumbai.
All other districts in Maharashtra have their associations which are actively involved in organising scientific CMEs, conferences and doing various social activities like conducting health camps and disseminating medical knowledge to general public.
We do have many local bodies which are doing good work but there’s a need to have a Pan Mumbai association.
I request you to spread the message to your friends who are MD or DNB in General Medicine and practising in the Mumbai city or suburbs.
We plan to hold regular meetings of all interested physicians where eminent physicians and experts in various subspecialities of Medicine will deliver lectures on the recent advances in the field of Medicine. We intend to work in the interest of the physicians on various aspects like academics, legalities, finance, security and overall welfare.
